These terms apply to mindovermattercare.com, operated by Mind Over Matter Nursing Inc., doing business as Mind Over Matter Mental Health Group ("the practice," "we," or "us"). Please read them when using our website.

Website information and care

Our website provides general information about the practice and mental health services. Website articles and other content are educational and are not a diagnosis, individualized medical advice, a prescription, or a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Do not start, stop, or change treatment based only on website content.

Visiting this website, sending a message, requesting an appointment, or receiving a general response does not by itself establish a patient-provider relationship. Care requires the practice's acceptance, appropriate evaluation, and completion of the applicable intake and consent process. Appointment availability, eligibility, treatment recommendations, prescriptions, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

Emergencies and communication

Website forms, email, text messages, and patient-portal messages are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department for immediate danger or a medical emergency. For mental health crisis support in the United States, call or text 988.

Use the practice-designated patient portal or secure communication channel for clinical information. Do not put detailed medical records, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a general website inquiry. Responses may take time; sending a message does not confirm an appointment or a treatment change.

Appointments, fees, and patient agreements

The current Fees & Services page explains published rates and booking pathways. Confirm your service, cost, insurance eligibility, and any third-party charges before booking. A website insurance listing does not guarantee your plan's coverage or reimbursement.

Our Appointment Cancellation Policy and any service-specific financial acknowledgment apply to cancellations and missed visits. Clinical treatment, telehealth, medication management, and administrative documentation are governed by the applicable patient agreements and informed-consent process. These website terms do not replace those agreements or authorize treatment.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information that you are authorized to submit. Do not impersonate another person, upload malicious material, interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or collect other people's information through the website. We may restrict website access when reasonably necessary to protect the site and its users, subject to applicable law.
